EACH HAIRCUT IS SCHEDULED FOR 30 MINUTES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE. IN AN EFFORT TO GUARANTEE THAT EVERY CLIENT RECEIVES THEIR QUALITY TIME, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A FULL HAIRCUT IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THEN 7 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
CANCELATION POLICY:
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT VISIT AND WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 50% FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.
